Demi Moore Credits Good Health to Raw Vegan Diet
The Hollywood actress claims yoga, pilates, and raw veganism are the keys to her mental and physical well-being.

Actress Demi Moore has been following a raw vegan diet for years and credits it with not only looking and feeling great, but as a source for sustaining a healthy body image. The 52-year-old joins the likes of supermodel Carol Alt and actor Woody Harrelson in embracing raw veganism as a way to achieve optimal health. Moore publicly revealed that she has struggled with a neurotic preoccupation to stay “thin and sexy,” often engaging in intense physical exercise for up to two hours a day. Now, along with her plant-based diet, Moore sticks to low-impact workouts such as yoga and pilates, stating that, “I sit today in a place of greater acceptance of my body. And that includes not just weight, but all of the things that come with your changing body.”
