Banana Carob Mousse
This simple dessert is from the raw food cookbook, Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies.

Serves 4
What you need:
- 6 ripe bananas, peeled
- 3/4 cup raw carob powder
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
What you do:
- Place bananas in food processor and puree. Add carob powder and blend until smooth.
- Pulse in remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
