Tune into your feminine energy with these naturally sweet iced lattes from the Eat the Rainbow: Vegan Recipes Made with Love cookbook. Smooth vanilla, rosewater, and juicy cherries blended with adaptogenic maca (known to help balance hormones and increase libido) form to make one fragrant, sippable drink. Use your favorite non-dairy milk to make it your own.

What you need:

2 cups vegan milk, divided
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries
1 tablespoon rosewater
2 teaspoons maca powder
1 cup ice

What you do:

  1. Into a blender, add 1 cup almond milk, agave syrup, vanilla, cherries, rosewater, and maca powder. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Fill two glasses with ice and add ½ cup of remaining almond milk to each. Evenly divide cherry drink between glasses and enjoy immediately.
