Lemon Lentil Soup
Simple, clean ingredients cook up to make a healthy soup with mass appeal.

What you need:
- 2 cups uncooked lentils
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, cubed
- 5 to 6 stalks organic Swiss chard, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 small lemon
What you do:
- Put lentils and vegetables in pot and add enough water to cover. Cook for about two hours.
- Add sea salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer a few more minutes and serve.
