Nacho Cheeze Dip
Tasty macadamia nuts are high in fiber and full of good fat, while turmeric is a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. They complement each other perfectly in this delicious festive dip.

What you need:
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 cup filtered water
What you do:
- In a food processor, pulverize macadamia nuts until finely ground. Add lemon juice, shoyu, and turmeric, slowly pulsing to combine.
- Add water, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle cheeze sauce over fresh vegetables or use as a spread.
