Not Tuna Salad

Serves 6
What you need:
- 1 cup almonds, soaked for 24 hours
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 4 to 6 hours
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon kelp powder
What you do:
- Using a juicer or food processor, process almonds and sunflower seeds.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with crudités.
