Very Berry Vegan Popsicles

Make this refreshing homemade version of a classic treat by blending together berries, fruit juice, and a little sweetener.

Turn fresh berries into a frozen treat with these homemade popsicles.

What you need:

1 cup strawberries, hulled
1 cup blueberries
½ cup red raspberries
⅓ cup apple juice or white grape juice
3 tablespoons agave nectar or brown rice syrup

What you do:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional sweetener if necessary.
  2. Pour mixture into 8 popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight.
